UX writing affords me the opportunity to merge my experience in advertising and storytelling, in order to make interfaces, websites, and products, feel less robotic and more human. I am able to design simple, instructive, usable, and seamless product experiences with words.

Card Activation

To boost activation and encourage card usage, the business decided to allow Primary Cardholders to activate cards for their Additional Cardholders.

We developed an intuitive process with clear, user-friendly copy to make the activation experience even more seamless.

From Paper to Paperless

The e-statement migration project aims to encourage users to transition from paper statements to digital ones.

How can we successfully engage those who are already devoted advocates of paperless statements?

Questrade RoundUp

A new feature called RoundUp had to be included on the platform.

I developed a case study (from UX research, competitive analysis, user persona, brand voice) and a prototype for the new feature
